My beautiful, talented granddaughter Lucy was in her first grade school musical this spring.

One of my favorite things about the Christmas season is all the children's events and performances.

Our first-grade granddaughter Lucy invited us to her school for Grandparents Day...Kim and I and Lucy's other grandma Peggy all got to spend some time our sweet girl in her school digs.

It seems impossible that our oldest grandchild Karter will be entering high school in 3 months.

The end of May is filled with end-of-school activities, and we were blessed to be invited to two Grandparents Day events for our Ohio grandkids.

My daughter Emily is head coach of the Shenandoah High School girls' tennis team this spring.

Our daughter Emily graduated last weekend with her Masters of Science Degree in School Administration.
