Sunrise on Emerald Isle...what a gorgeous start to the day!

Even though I love my Indiana cabin set amongst the cornfields, every so often I feel the beach beckoning me.

On our way to our family beach vacation, we stayed the night in Salisbury, North Carolina and had supper with my Uncle Larry and Aunt Jane.

My kids have been giving me a hard time about being behind in my blog posting, so in typical "mom" fashion I'll show them!

My goodness, I've got a lot of catching up to do!

Our almost-9-year-old grandson Krew recently made the most important decision of his life, to follow Jesus, and on Sunday he was baptized into the family of God!

On the day after Christmas, Monday, December 26, all 22 of my peeps and my father-in-law Kenny gathered at the cabin for our family Christmas celebration.

The Christmas decorations are packed away for another year, but I'm still savoring so many fun moments from a couple of weeks ago...

I am filled to overflowing with gratitude for this tableful of blessings!
