And as icing on the cake, they did it on the basketball court named after their coach. Jeff Miller has coached this team for the past couple of years, after becoming a legendary high school coach in our area of Indiana and earning the honor of having the Tri High School basketball court named after him.

He's the MAN! And what a privilege it has been for Kaden (#31) and his teammates to be tutored by one of the best!

The Raiders' first game of the day wasn't too much of a challenge...

...with the Raiders winning by 20 points over Knightstown.

But the second game against the home team Tri turned out to be quite a struggle.

Kaden picked up his fourth foul mid-fourth quarter when our lead was a slim 3 points.

The Tri Titans tied it up and the Raiders had a chance to win in regulation, but the game-winning shot didn't go in and the game went into overtime.

Kaden was playing with 4 fouls and we all knew the inevitable would happen...

...and with 17.5 seconds on the clock (and thankfully a 5-point lead!), Kaden picked up his fifth foul...

...and had to watch those agonizingly long last 17.5 seconds of the game from the bench.

The thrill of victory!!! The Raiders hung on to win by 4 points, 54-50 in a thrilling overtime game!

That is one genuinely happy Kaden!

Proud Dad Kristoffer and Mom Dana are so happy to see Kaden have success in what he loves...

...and I am a proud grandma too! (Am I shrinking or is he shooting up?!)
