Abram had already decided to give his life to Jesus, and he publicly proclaimed his faith by being baptized at his home church Whitewater Crossing.

Daddy Kyler, who is a church elder, and Mommy Kara were so thrilled to baptize their firstborn. Sister Lucy and brother Daniel were there to witness Abram's big day too.

Praise God for His faithfulness in Abram's life!

So many smiles and hugs! There is nothing more joyful than knowing your child (or grandchild!) has given his life to God!

And the Bible tells us that the angels in Heaven were rejoicing along with us!

One of their family friends gave Abram a special gift...a compass with a special verse engraved:

"Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go."  Joshua 1: 9 

Perfect gift for Abram as he begins his lifetime walk with God!
