Easter Fun
04/25/2023
Since our trip to see the aurora borealis in February, we've been doing a lot of gallivanting...3 long weekends to Florida and an 11-day trip to Jordan and Israel. I've gotten behind on almost everything, including my photos and blogging which seem to fall to the bottom of the priority pile. But I've got a few weeks to catch my breath and hopefully catch up with my photo editing and blogging.
So, I'll start with Easter and see where it goes from there...
Easter Sunday afternoon, April 9.
After we all attended our own church services that morning, all of our grown children/spouses and the 12 grandchildren plus my father-in-law Kenny shared Easter lunch with us at the cabin.
The weather cooperated for a beautiful afternoon for our Easter Egg hunt.
I love it when all 12 of my grandbabies are together! Gramaw is happy to see all these precious smiles!
95 eggs to be found, 11 hunters (baby Ada wasn't quite ready to join in this year).
Koda will soon be 6...
Kassie, 10 1/2...
Even the 2 teenagers took part, because after all there was also money in those eggs! Karter will soon be 15...what?!
Kaden, 13 years old...
Ada, now 11 months old, had fun just watching the big kiddos run around. Next Easter she'll be hunting too!
Ellie is 8...
Kelsey, 10 1/2....
Daniel will soon be 5 years old...
9-year-old Abram...
Time to check out the treasure inside!
Anique is in healing mode after injuring her knee, but she had a great seat for the festivities. Juni is 8 1/2 years old now.
These three sweet little cousins Lucy, Ellie, and Juni had to escape the crazy boys to play with their stuffed animals.
A wonderful time with our precious family!
Easter fun.
