Last weekend, the Shenandoah 4th grade girls ended their season with a 16-3 record, becoming champions in their division of the East Central Indiana basketball league.
Our twin granddaughters Kassie (#1) and Kelsey (#5) were key players on the team, which was coached by their dad Kristoffer (on left).
A few action photos from their two tournament games...
Kelsey will not be denied! That girl is a competitor!
Kassie provided a spark to the team, scoring some crucial buckets.
The thrill of victory!
For some unexplainable (and ridiculous!) reason, they ran out of medals...supposedly they are going to get them later. So instead, they gave them each a candy bar.
But the girls didn't seem to mind...
Super-proud of these up-and-coming Lady Raiders! Great job, girls!
