On the day after Christmas, Monday, December 26, all 22 of my peeps and my father-in-law Kenny gathered at the cabin for our family Christmas celebration.
My 12 elves passed out the gifts...
...and then the unwrapping craziness began!
Our big gift to everyone this year was a family trip for each of them this spring to watch their cousin Wyatt play baseball at the Florida Gators stadium. And Wyatt was kind enough to sign baseballs for each of his Indiana cousins...the kids (and adults!) were thrilled!
Squishmallows were a big thing this year!
I don't like the name...but the toy is super-cute!
Our budding magician Kassie asked for a magic set...
After my shopping was finished, Daniel kept asking for a Nintendo Switch...
...little did he know that Gramaw was way ahead of him (for once!) and had already bought one.
After the unwrapping chaos was over, we went around the room for a quick Show-and-Tell so we could all see what everyone got.
Wow. Lots of great gifts for everyone!
The adults settled in to watch football or drink some coffee and have dessert and just savor the relaxing time together while the children broke out their new toys!
Kelsey's claw machine was a huge hit with all! The kids were lined up for their turns...
A wonderful family day!
This is US.
