SURVIVOR!!!
Boys Just Wanna Have Fun

Grandmas' Day

Danielpreschl-9

A wonderful joy in my life is getting to share grandmothering experiences with one of my best friends Peggy.

Peggy and I were friends years before our children Kara and Kyler fell in love and got married. And now we have the blessing of sharing three precious grandbabies!

Daniel, 3 years old, is attending preschool this year and Peggy and I were invited to come to Grandparents' Day.

That's our cute little fella in the plaid shirt...

He brought us each a handprint paper to keep.

Although he insisted that those were NOT his handprints...

...because HIS fingers are CONNECTED to his hand. Even though we matched up his paw on top of the pawprint, he was not convinced but instead was quite adamant that he did not know whose hand that was, but it was not his.

Anyway, I guess we got a random handprint as a keepsake...

Love this kiddo!!!

A simple snack of donut holes and juice/milk was provided...

Daniel proclaimed he liked the "black" ones best! And he only wanted one, no more.

I wish he were a little more out-spoken and opinionated....

We did a little photo op...

This is his lucky teacher. I know he surely brings a smile to her face every day! How could she resist his charms?!

Danielpreschl-13

This is his 3-year-old class...there is always one (thankfully Daniel isn't that "one"...at least not that day)...

Danielpreschl-13

They sang a cute little song "Happy Grandparent's Day" and Daniel did an awesome job!

Then it was time for them to line up, wave good-bye, and go back to their class.

Peggy and I had the cutest student in the room!

Thanks for inviting us, Daniel! We loved our...
