And two of our kids' families joined in the craziness too!

Zach and Emily's family were characters from PJ Masks...which (for old fogies like me who can't keep up and don't even try anymore) is a popular children's TV show. 

Emily and Zach were villains Luna Girl and Romeo, and the children were Gekko and Owlette.  So cute...even though I don't know who they are!

Kristoffer and Dana's family got very creative...Kelsey as a wicked witch, Kaden and Kassie as an old couple, Karter as Captain Hook, and Dana and Kristoffer were punk rockers.

We had a glut of gourds this year, so we gave them out to the kids...they actually preferred the gourds over the candy.  Go figure...

We drove home just as this huge beautiful orange moon was rising above the horizon.

A perfect ending to a great day!
