God provided us with a glorious fall day for our annual pumpkin picking party.

All 11 grandchildren and their parents were able to be there...from left to right:

    Karter (12 years ol), Kelsey (7 1/2), Lucy (4), Juni (5), Krew (6 1/2), Abram (6 1/2), T & J (our foster grandbabies), Kassie (7 1/2), Kaden (10 1/2), and Daniel (2)

The men cut the stems and the pumpkin brigade carried them out of the patch...

Lucy had about all she could carry!

Intense concentration on Krew's face...those big pumpkins are heavy!

Kim grew a few white ones this year...

Daniel took the task very seriously...he kept at it until the patch was clear!

After the pumpkins were in, it was time to gather the hundreds of gourds...a very prolific gourd season, for sure!

Karter and Kassie maxed out their loads...

Karter, the oldest of my grandbabies...my goodness, he is growing up!  I hope he never outgrows our pumpkin party!

In between gourd runs, Juni practiced her hula hoop skills...

As a bonus treat...the kids loved watching Farmer JB pick the soybeans!
