I won't tell you her age, but I will say that she caught up with me....

It has become a birthday tradition for our coffee friends to go out somewhere special for a birthday lunch to celebrate the princess of the day.

This was our first visit to Tilly's Tea Room in Saks Fifth Avenue in Indianapolis.

I've never had a crumpet before, so thought I should give it a try...with strawberry champagne jam.  It was okay, but I doubt I'll be choosing crumpets regularly.  Brenda and Peggy's triple chocolate brownie looked a lot yummier!
