Barb, Mama, and I flew from frigid Indianapolis into the sunshine of Gainesville, Florida last Friday, where we rented a minivan and met Maria and her daughter Seanna (who got out of school mid-day to see us) in Alachua at a charming restaurant called The Conestoga.

Mama celebrated her 83rd birthday Sunday with her very favorite people in the world!
