So thankful to Maria for putting together such a fabulous weekend!  She did the work, we just showed up!

I was super-proud of Barb, who stuck with her diet while the rest of us were pigging out.  I was oh-so-very-happy that she chose to travel with Mama and me...three of us is definitely more fun than two!

I had hoped to see some alligators down by the river, but this is the only one we saw...the stone, lawn-decor variety.  According to the nosy neighbor-man, the Sante Fe River is too cold for gators.

The only reptiles we saw were a bunch of turtles...

...and a few small gecko-type lizards.

Plenty of giggles and memory-making crammed into 4 short days.
