Kara's sister Kelli (pictured here with her long-time neighbor/friend Kelsey) is having a baby boy in October!

My beautiful daughter-in-law Kara, along with Kara's sis-in-law Jamie, hosted a lovely "Forest Friends" themed baby shower for Kelli last weekend.

It was a family effort!  My daughter-in-law Dana created some of her special (and adorable and DELICIOUS!) cookies...

...and a cute and delicious cake was baked and decorated...

...by Kara/Kelli's Aunt Imogene (with her granddaughter Sophie).

Lucy stayed at the cabin while Kara get things ready for the party, and she helped me carry in my gift with her "strong muscles."
