Summer Flashback

Kd-3

Being cabin-bound after my hip replacement surgery, I'm using my time to catch up on a few things that I've gotten behind on...one of them being my photos.

Looking through a few left over from last May brought smiles to my face.  Memories of warmer days and special everyday moments with the grandchildren.

Like ice cream and brownies on the porch swing with the four next door...

This was just a few days after Kaden cracked open his head...that boy......

And then there were these photos of Kim and his helper Krew, doing a little work on the tractor.

He may look very serious, but there's nothing that makes Krew happier than riding the tractor with Papaw.

Look at little Juni!!!  My goodness, she certainly has changed in 8 months since this photo!

Mama Kitty is gone now, disappeared last fall and we haven't seen any sign of her since.  Perhaps she finally used up all of her 9 lives...

Everyday moments like these are what life's all about!

In the middle of an Indiana winter, it's encouraging to think back to those warmer, sunshiny days.

Summer flashback.

This post made me feel all warm and fuzzy! We're looking forward to the warm days at the cabin exploring and enjoying NO coats with Gramaw and Papaw.
