Kim and I, both being planners, are not big on surprises.

On Wednesday of last week, Farmer JB replanted this corn field after sections had flooded out from a big rain 2 weeks ago.

On Thursday of last week, 8" of rain fell.  Again.

While spending time at West Baden Springs, we took advantage of our southern Indiana stay to visit nearby Spring Mill State Park.

From the highway in southern Indiana, it looks totally out of place in the Hoosier landscape, a magnificent piece of architecture even from a distance.

What a spectacular 60th birthday I had!

Today is my 60th birthday.

Wow.  60 is a BIG number!

May 1.  "So Much Rain..."

God has graced me with wonderful people in my life, like these two beautiful souls.
