It may be post-Halloween and mid-November, but what an unusual fall we've had...warmer much later than usual.

Water is wildlife's number one need, and in Kenya, where most times of the year water is scarce, waterholes are a hub of animal activity.

A couple of final safari posts from our time in Kenya when Kim and I, the Bells, and their niece Catherine spent a couple of days at Tsavo West National Park.

Mama Kitty (yes, that's her name...appropriately so...) is the most prolific cat we've ever had.  

The very BEST thing about having Kamaron and his family moving into Middletown is getting to see so much of these two cuties, my grandbabies Krew and Juni.

How do you move 23 infants (plus all their cribs, clothes, toys, and equipment) from the only home they've ever known into their new home 10 miles away, trying not to disrupt their feeding and napping schedules, without creating a huge crying mess?!

With LOTS of prayer!!!  And plenty of planning and help.

After a glorious 2-week safari, we said "good-bye" to beautiful Botswana (we WILL be BACK!!!) and boarded our flight to Nairobi, Kenya to spend our final week of vacation with our missionary friends, Dave and Jen Bell.
