Wasn't this just yesterday???

I can't even begin to tell you all the joy that this sweet boy has brought into our lives the past eight years!

Karter's birthday always falls during our church's Bible School week (hence the nametags...), so this year those who were available met for lunch after VBS at Olive Garden, one of Karter's favorite restaurants.

A couple of birthday surprises on his actual birthday, June 16...

...then on Sunday many of his family gathered for a combo birthday/Father's Day celebration.

Great-grandpa Kenny just can't keep up with all the birthdays, so he made it simple and gave all of the great-grandkids some birthday money for their 2016 birthdays. Love him!
