I got him out of his crib from his nap, smooched on him and snuggled him, then set him down to play.

And it wasn't until he turned around and began walking toward us that we noticed his shirt...

WOO-HOO!!!  Another grandbaby on the way!  

Of course, Abram thought all the cheering we were doing was for him.

We spent a few hours just enjoying watching our 17-month-old grandson play, and basking in the joy of a new baby next spring.

Little fella has no idea how his world will be rocked next April!  What a great big brother he'll be!

Abram has the energy and antsiness (is that a word?) of his daddy Kyler.  Busy, busy, moving all the time!

About the only time he'll be still for very long is for a book.  He loves to be read to...and this Gramaw enjoys it too!

With two doting grandmas there at the same time, Abram was soaking up all the attention!

He loves being outside...

...but it was a very hot day...

...and Mommy Kara thought he needed a popsicle to cook him down.

Abram really didn't want her help...he wanted to do it himself...independent little guy that he is!

Peggy and I were in grandma-heaven!  We both just adore our little Abram, and how fun that the two of us get to share him!

And there's plenty more love where that comes from, to shower on Baby Brother or Sister in a few months. We're all so excited about...
