What more could a momma ask for than to be surrounded by the people she loves most on Mother's Day?!

My only regret is that I didn't get a photo of me and Mama together before she left our little get-together.

Our 13-month-old grandson Abram is one of the smiliest little fellas I've ever known.

I can't help smiling myself just seeing him smile.  (As I sit here grinning at my computer screen as I type...)

When Kim planted this row of lilac bush twigs alongside the back of our yard 15 years ago, we could only hope and imagine that someday they would look like this.

Kaden, Kelsey, Kassie, and I visited Mama (aka Gran-Gran) on a glorious spring day...much too pretty to be inside for long.

Pee Wee baseball, with the youngest of players, is where it all begins.

Her Royal Highness Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana of Cambridge was not the only newborn baby born this past Saturday.  

Most of Saturday was spent with Winnie and Judy and 19 other local authors peddling their books at the Pendleton Local Author Book Fair.

One would think the success of a book fair is based upon the number of books sold.

Tomorrow is one of the biggest local author book fairs around.

So if you like good books and want to support some amazingly talented local authors, you need to stop by and have a look-see!
