I hadn't seen our cardinals for several weeks, but the recent snow brought Lady Cardinal to call.  I kept watching, but never saw the mister...since they mate for life and are usually near each other, makes me wonder if something bad happened to him.

I know blue jays have a reputation of being loud, mean, and nasty...but their plumage is undeniably gorgeous!

And I've always loved the sweet little house finches that come around.  Not quite as flashy, but beautiful nonetheless.
