Kelsey and Kassie stayed with Gramaw one day last week while the rest of their family went to Kings Island.

I doubt they had any more fun at the amusement park than we did that day at the cabin!

Well, if you find yourself in Farmer Kim's barnyard, the same crates that carried the ducks to freedom carried the chickens to their final destination.  Let's just say they weren't flapping happily...

SIX YEARS OLD already!  How is that even possible?

Back in April, Kristoffer bought four fuzzy ducklings for the children of our community to hold and pet at our church Easter Egg Hunt.

After the hunt was over, Kristoffer gave those four tired over-stimulated ducklings to Kim, who put them in the chickenhouse and raised them with his baby chicks.

Mama (Lois Britt House) met her distant cousin Ron Britt for the first time last week.

Mama and Ron share the same great-great-grandfather, Brittian Britt, who was born was back in 1788 in Moore County, North Carolina.

I just finished up the shortest and longest, the most exhausting and exhilarating, the most intense and incredible, the most fun and and work-filled week of the year.
